NoSoloGo helps you find a verified local partner by the hour for everyday plans: a movie, a city walk, shopping, an event, a coffee, or someone to go with you to a hospital visit. Every meeting is in a public place, between 8 AM and 9 PM. NoSoloGo is not a dating service.
For customers
- Create your account. Sign up with your mobile number (we send a code to check it), your email and your district.
- Check your ID once. Upload a government ID and a selfie. Partners meet ID-checked customers only, and our team reviews every upload.
- Find a partner. Search by state, district and activity. Each profile shows the partner's activities, hourly rates, languages and minimum hours.
- Send a free request. Choose the activity, date, start time, hours (up to 6) and a public meeting place. Sending a request costs nothing, and you can withdraw it for free until the partner answers.
- The partner answers. They accept or decline within a few hours. Answer and payment times count only between 8 AM and 9 PM, so nobody has to reply at night.
- Pay to confirm. Once accepted, pay through Razorpay within 2 hours to confirm the booking. If you don't pay in time, or you cancel after the partner accepts, a small non-payment fee applies and must be paid before your next request.
- Chat and meet. After payment, chat with your partner inside NoSoloGo to agree the details. Phone numbers are never shared. Meet at the place you booked.
- Something wrong? Report a problem from the booking page, from the start of the booking until 24 hours after it ends. Our team reviews every report.
For partners
- Join as a partner. Sign up and choose "Become a partner" (or add it to your existing account).
- Choose a plan. 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. The yearly plan gives 50% back if you get no booking in your first 90 days, as long as your listing was live and you answered every request (see the Partner Agreement).
- Set up your listing. Your display name, a short introduction, languages, your district, who can book you, and the activities you offer, each with your own hourly rate and minimum hours.
- Check your ID. Upload a government ID and a selfie. A profile photo is optional but helps a lot.
- Go live. Our team reviews your listing. Once approved, your plan starts and customers in your area can find you.
- Answer requests. Accept or decline each request before its answer time. Declining is fine; just don't leave requests unanswered.
- Get paid. You receive the booking amount minus NoSoloGo's commission. Your share is due 24 hours after the booking ends (the problem-report window) and is paid to your UPI ID or bank account.
Cancellations and refunds
- Customers who cancel more than 24 hours before the start get their payment back. Closer to the start, half is refunded and the partner is paid for the late cancellation. After the start, nothing is refunded.
- If a partner cancels, the customer gets their payment back. Partners who cancel often are paused for review.
- Payment gateway charges are taken by the payment provider when you pay and are not refunded.
