Your safety comes first. NoSoloGo is for meeting someone for a plan in a public place. It is not a dating or escort service, and we remove anyone who treats it like one.
What we do
- ID checks for everyone. Every partner and every customer who books uploads a government ID and a selfie, and our team checks them before they can meet anyone.
- Public places only. Bookings are only for public places such as malls, cinemas, cafes, parks, temples and hospitals. Homes, hotels, lodges and private rooms are never allowed.
- Daytime hours. Bookings run between 8 AM and 9 PM, for up to 6 hours.
- Private phone numbers. Mobile numbers and emails are never shown to the other side. You chat inside NoSoloGo, and only after the booking is paid.
- Payments through NoSoloGo only. You pay through Razorpay; partners are paid by us. Nobody needs to carry or hand over cash.
- Reports reviewed by people. Every problem report is reviewed by our team. Staff can read a booking's chat only when looking into a report, and every such view is logged.
Before you meet
- Keep all conversation inside the NoSoloGo chat. Don't share your phone number, social media or home address.
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going and when you expect to be back.
- Plan your own travel to and from the meeting place.
During the meeting
- Meet only at the place you booked, and stay in public areas.
- Never pay or accept money outside NoSoloGo, and never lend money.
- Don't go to a second place that wasn't booked, and never to a home, hotel or vehicle.
- If anything feels wrong, leave. You don't need a reason.
If something goes wrong
- In an emergency, call 112 (police, ambulance, fire). Women can also call 181 (Women Helpline). For online fraud, call 1930 or visit cybercrime.gov.in.
- Report it on NoSoloGo from the booking page ("Report a problem"), from the start of the booking until 24 hours after it ends. Payment to the partner is held while we review.

What gets an account removed
- Asking for or offering anything sexual, romantic or illegal.
- Harassment, threats, abuse or discrimination.
- Sharing contact details to move off the platform, or asking for payment outside NoSoloGo.
- Fake IDs, fake photos, or booking for someone else without saying so.
- Showing up drunk or under the influence.
