Effective from 8 November 2026.
This policy explains what happens to your money when a request or booking is cancelled. "Gateway charge" means the fee Razorpay keeps for processing a payment; it is never refunded, in any case below.
1. Before you pay
Requests are free. You can withdraw a request for free until the partner answers.
If the partner declines or doesn't answer in time, nothing is charged.
Non-payment fee: once a partner accepts, you have 2 hours (counted between 8 AM and 9 PM) to pay. If you don't pay in time or cancel before paying, a fee of ₹30 is due, because the partner kept that time for you. You need to pay it before sending another request. This fee is not refundable.
2. When the customer cancels a paid booking
| When you cancel | What you get back |
|---|---|
| More than 24 hours before the start | The full booking amount, minus the gateway charge |
| Less than 24 hours before the start | 50% of the booking amount, minus the gateway charge. The partner is paid their share of the rest. |
| After the start, or not showing up | Nothing |
The booking page shows the exact amount before you confirm a cancellation.
3. When the partner cancels
You get the full booking amount back, minus the gateway charge. The partner isn't paid.
4. Problems with a booking
If the partner doesn't show up, or something serious goes wrong, report it from the booking page between the start of the booking and 24 hours after it ends. We review every report and may refund all or part of the booking (minus the gateway charge). The partner's payout waits until we decide.
5. If a payment arrives after the booking closed
If your payment reaches us after the booking was cancelled or expired, we refund it automatically, minus the gateway charge.
6. Partner plans
If we decline your partner application, the plan is refunded, minus the gateway charge.
The first yearly plan carries a 50% refund promise if it brings no booking in 90 days, under the conditions in the Partner Agreement.
Otherwise plan fees are not refundable, including after a pause, account deletion or removal.
7. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We send them to Razorpay as soon as the cancellation is made or our decision is taken; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them. If a refund hasn't arrived after 10 working days, write to support@nosologo.com with your booking reference.
8. Delivery of services
NoSoloGo sells services, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped.
Partner plans are activated online. A plan starts on the day the partner’s listing is approved, usually within 1–2 working days of payment and the ID check, and runs for the period bought. The GST invoice is available at once under Profile → Your GST invoices.
Bookings are delivered in person, by the partner, at the public place, date and time shown on the booking. Confirmation appears on the booking page and is sent by email as soon as payment is received.
If a service is not delivered, for example a partner does not show up, report it from the booking page within 24 hours after the booking ends. We review it and refund under this policy.
